Our Leadership

The People Behind the Promise

At The ÉLUE Foundation, leadership is more than a title. It is a commitment to service, compassion, integrity, and meaningful community impact.

Our foundation is being developed by individuals who believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and chosen. Together, we are building an organization rooted in responsible governance, thoughtful decision-making, and opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

United by purpose. Guided by compassion. Committed to meaningful change.

Meet Our Founder

Terrell Hill

Founder | Board Chair | Executive Director

The ÉLUE Foundation was founded by Terrell Hill, whose belief in the power of chosen family, meaningful relationships, and community support inspired the organization's creation.

Through personal and professional experiences, Terrell recognized that many individuals face life's challenges without the encouragement, resources, or sense of belonging they deserve.

His vision for ÉLUE grew from a simple but powerful conviction: no one should have to navigate life's difficulties feeling unseen, forgotten, or alone.

With a professional background in social work and community-centered support, Terrell brings a commitment to compassion, advocacy, personal growth, and creating meaningful opportunities for others.

Through ÉLUE, he seeks to build an organization where practical assistance and genuine human connection work together to help individuals and families move toward greater stability, confidence, and opportunity.

"Everyone deserves to feel chosen. Not just through words, but through the actions of people willing to show up."

Governance & Accountability

Responsible Leadership. Transparent Stewardship.

The ÉLUE Foundation is committed to establishing a governance structure that promotes ethical decision-making, financial responsibility, organizational accountability, and mission-centered leadership.

Our governance framework is being developed to include clearly defined board responsibilities, conflict-of-interest procedures, financial oversight, appropriate documentation, and regular evaluation of organizational priorities.

As the foundation grows, our goal is to ensure that decisions are made thoughtfully, resources are managed responsibly, and programs remain aligned with the needs of the individuals and communities we serve.

We believe that earning the trust of donors, partners, participants, and the public requires more than good intentions. It requires responsible leadership, clear expectations, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Our Leadership Commitment

Leading With Purpose. Serving With Integrity.

At The ÉLUE Foundation, we believe leadership carries a responsibility to listen, act with compassion, protect the dignity of others, and make decisions that advance the mission.

We strive to create a culture where people are respected, relationships are valued, resources are used responsibly, and opportunities are created through meaningful collaboration.

Our commitment is to lead with humility, remain accountable to our mission, and build a foundation worthy of the trust placed in us.

Because everyone deserves to feel chosen—and leadership should demonstrate that promise through action.
